Kevin Hart said it best. “Everybody wants to be famous, nobody wants to do the work.” I believe, “everybody wants a profitable business, nobody wants to take consistent ACTION.” Action is the one element that separates the ordinary from extraordinary and the mediocre from exceptional. When you look at the most successful people in the world, you’ll find that they believe in taking massive action, getting in the game, and playing full out.
So, why doesn’t everyone take consistent action? As entrepreneurs, we all want to reach our full potential, build the business of our dreams and obviously not go broke while doing it. But, there’s one thing you must commit to doing and that’s to keep going. No matter what challenge, obstacle or situation you face your commitment to do what’s necessary to have what you desire isn’t optional, it’s a requirement. You must take consistent action…through the highs and lows, the peaks and the valleys. If you haven’t noticed yet, being a successful business owner will require you to stretch, sharpen and strengthen your mental game. No matter how you look at it, success is a contact sport.
Below are 7 limiting beliefs and mental barriers that keep entrepreneurs stuck and from achieving the financial success they desire.
- Don’t Feel Worthy
- Procrastination
- Self Sabotage
- Risk Averse
- Fear of the Failure / Success
- No Staying Power
- Lack of Motivation / Desire / Commitment
